Warranty information -1 year warranty for frame,six months warranty for top

Mastercanopy warrants that the frame of this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one years from the original date of purchase,and the top of this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the original date of purchase all warranty claims require proof of purchase and may be prorated.

This warranty applies only to proper product use, as determined by Mastercanopy and stated in the product instructions.

This warranty does not apply to any product that has been altered in any manner, nor does it apply to any damage due to wind, rain, snow or any act of nature. Under no circumstances shall Mastercanopy or any authorized representative be liable for any personal loss, injury or direct consequential damage resulting from the use of this product.

Before returning this product to Mastercanopy, please be advised that all shipping costs must be prepaid and Mastercanopy is not responsible for products damaged during transit.

This express warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Warranty shall be void if the product is not purchased directly from Mastercanopy.
