Reached out to Mastercanopy for a replacement canopy after ordering from different company that said it was compatible but it was a terrible fit. Mastercanopy went out of their way to make sure we got the right canopy for our gazebo. Sent a few pictures thru email, Communication was very responsive and shipped via UPS right to our door. Additional fee for shipping was reasonable & check WRITTEN was payable to UPS. Very pleased and canopy was perfect fit and durably made.
We are thrilled with this tent! It's very sturdy and extremely easy to put up. It is going to serve us very well as a convention tent. We've had many tents before and this one is by far the best! Highly recommend

I purchased this 9 ft patio umbrella replacement canopy for an 8–rib frame and have been very pleased with it. The canopy arrived on time and the installation was straightforward, with each rib slipping into place easily. Once the umbrella was fully opened, the fabric stretched out smoothly with no noticeable sags or rippling. The stitching appears strong and even, and the rib pockets are well finished, which lends well to my confidence in its long‑term durability. The fabric itself is pleasantly thick and feels like a quality outdoor material designed to stand up to sun and weather. Overall, this canopy was an excellent replacement for my existing frame, and I would recommend it to anyone needing to refresh a 9 ft, 8‑rib patio umbrella.

Delivery was on time, great product, easy to set up and take down, overall I’m very pleased. Areas for improvement: I didn’t receive any shipping information. Weight bags only hold 12-13 pounds of sand where I had to purchase other weight bags to meet Farmers Market requirements of 25 lbs. consider larger weight bags. There is no extra space in the carrying bag to hold sidewalls or anything else. Tight fit.

A similar but MUCH more expensive 10 x 20 tent was destroyed in a freak storm. I took my time to find a replacement that would stand up to 15-20 weekends a year vending at cowboy action shooting events. This tent was less than half of the price of the previous one, included all four sides and weight bags as well as a durable case. We are super pleased with this purchase and have already told our vendor friends about it. They lost their tent last week. Thank you!

Went a little overkill on the anchoring, it did come with anchor bags and I LOVED THEM, but for extra safety I used the concrete filled buckets, I wouldn’t have a problem using the bag anchor for a different occasion…. I will install the sidewalls very soon, i’ll foreward pics on that also, i love the canopy, has great workmanship, easy to use, delivered fast, and safe, packed excellent, I’m definitely buying the 10x10 next.. this one is 10x20. Thank You!

I purchased the 10x12 gazebo and was delighted with the sturdiness of the frame and the spaciousness of the interior. Much better than competitors’ flimsy products. Unfortunately, unlike their competitors’ products, the roof is not at all waterproof or even water resistant. The first night it was put up, it rained (normal for Chicago location) and the water leaked through ALL OVER. The photo shows all locations of pooled water. I contacted customer service as I have had multiple gazebos (theirs and others’) and never had this degree of water leak through. They offered $35 (!!) for inconvenience and suggested using Scotchguard waterproofing. I have asked for a replacement top - even offered to BUY the replacement top and they are not responding. Unless one lives on the desert, not really useful to have a gazebo that doesn’t block at least most of the rain. (For reference, I bought waterproof side curtains for my previous 8x8 gazebos and had been able to keep the furniture set up from May-October through many rains and moderate winds with only a small amount of “mist through.”) I am giving the product two stars (instead of one) because the Master Canopy frame is high quality. If the company would provide a replacement roof and $50 to cover the cost of waterproofing spray I would give it four stars.) For what it’s worth, I bought my gazebo directly from Master Canopy and not through a third party. Perhaps service would be better if I were dealing with a U.S. distributor?

So far the umbrella has held up well through high winds, rain and tree debris. We like the light cream color and hope it remains fade resistant. It’s still early.

The custom canopy is beautiful, made of excellent material, and the artwork is lovely. My only disappointment with the canopy frame is that it is hard to open. You definitely need at least three people to get it set up. The customer service reps were kind and responded to questions quickly.

I found it easy to install except for one leg which was giving us a problem. After an hour or so we managed to fix it. The brackets that hold the cross members that expand to hold the canopy are complete garbage. They failed, and when they did they allowed the entire structure to collapse. We never even got to sit under it ONE TIME ... and this wasn't a thunderstorm, it wasn't heavy wind, it was a nice soft rain that lasted a while. About 3 hours. This is totally unacceptable. Those retention brackets cannot be merely riveted into place - they need screws that cannot loosen under strain. I don't know if it's necessary to have the cross members in sections, held together by those inferior retention clips, but if possible those need to be one piece sections, not two. Up two whole days, and now it's recycling fodder. You can do better - and for the price of admission, your customers DESERVE better.

The canopy appears to be of good quality but after much back and forth to get the logo right, it still got messed up. The bobcat and team name look good but the mc at the bottom is messed up! In the design that was approved it clearly shows the mc done right but what I got is nothing close to resembling an mc. Basically my canopy is messed up. I’m debating whether I should even give it to my grandsons team or not. Very disappointed, but I took a chance ordering from China and this is my lesson learned.
