MasterCanopy Web Store has a 30-days satisfaction guarantee policy. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If there is a problem with your purchase the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item. After 30 days, issues will be addressed through the manufacturer's warranty.
How Do I Return an Item?
For returns on items that are of unsatisfactory quality and still in the same condition as received, please send an email to: Shopify@mastercanopy.com
Upon approval, you will be issued an RMA #. This number will be required in order for a refund to be made. All returns received without an approved RMA # will be refused upon delivery. When emailing, please include the following information:
- Shipping Party’s Name
- Ship To zip code
- Reason for return
- Item(s) you wish to return
Items must be in new, unused and in resalable condition and in its original packaging. Items that have obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts, will not be accepted for a refund.
Damaged Items: If your item(s) is damaged during shipping, a claim must be made within 7 days of receipt. Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged please save all packing materials and contact us immediately.
Make sure to include pictures when sending your email as well as a brief description describing the damage to the item(s).
No worries, these type of issues will be resolved immediately.
Items that are of an unsatisfactory quality to the customer and/or ordered incorrect by the customer: When the customer decides that they do not care for the quality of the item or has ordered an incorrect item and wishes to return the item, the customer will incur all shipping fees. This includes the original free shipping if your order met the qualifications of our free shipping.
Please Mind:Wind/Weather or Customer Self Inflicted Damage will NOT under any circumstances be covered under our return policy OR the manufacturer's warranty.
How Long Do Refunds Take After I Return an Item?
We issue the refund to the refund method you select in the Online, and it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund. See below Refund Times.
Refund Time (After Refund Is Processed):
Credit card - 3 to 5 business days
Debit card -Up to 10 business days
Up to 30 days (depending on the issuer of the card)
Possible Charges After Replacements/Exchanges
After you return the product, please provide us with the return tracking number in time. When the warehouse receives it, we will arrange a refund asap.
Please note: Returned products will be registered through the computer system upon arrival at the warehouse. Goods will be considered successfully returned after registration.
The delivery shown in the logistics information does not serve as the basis for the actual receipt of the goods by the warehouse.
Once we receive the item(s), we will verify and inspect the item(s) against the expected product(s) and quantity in your return request. If we do not receive the expected product(s) and quantity as submitted by you in your return request, or if the item(s) are not in original condition or missing parts/accessories/manuals, we will refuse to refund the relevant order fees on a case-by-case basis.
Do I Need To Bear The Return Shipping Cost?
If the product you receive has quality problems/design defects/broken packages, etc., we will cover the return shipping costs for you.
If the return is due to your own reasons rather than the product, such as buying the wrong size/color of the product, feeling that the product is too heavy, etc., we will not be able to cover the return shipping costs for you. Thank you for your understanding.
