🛠️ Installation Steps 

Step 1: Prepare All Components

• Unpack and lay out all parts.

• Confirm that all parts match the parts list.

• Recommended: 2–3 people for safe installation.

Step 2: Assemble the Main Posts

• Begin by securing the four vertical posts in the desired installation area.

• Ensure they are placed on flat, level ground.

• Use a level to confirm upright positioning.

Step 3: Connect Top Beams

• Attach horizontal beams between the upright posts to form the rectangular top frame.

• Use corner brackets to secure each corner tightly.

• Hand-tighten all bolts before final adjustment.

Step 4: Install Crossbars

• Install internal support beams (crossbars) across the top frame.

• These beams will support the louvered panels.

• Make sure spacing and alignment are consistent.

Step 5: Insert Louvered Roof Panels

• Carefully insert each louver panel onto the crossbar track system.

• Check alignment to ensure smooth rotation.

• Connect each louver panel to the pivot/rotation mechanism.

Step 6: Install the Adjustment Mechanism

• Attach the crank handle or gear mechanism (manual or motorized depending on model).

• Test the louver panels to ensure they rotate/open smoothly.

Step 7: Anchor the Pergola

• Use expansion bolts or anchor screws to fix the legs to concrete or deck surfaces.

• Secure all bolts and cover with decorative caps (if included).

• Install on a flat, solid surface such as concrete, pavers, or a wooden deck.

• Periodically check that all bolts remain tight.

• During high winds or snow, keep the louvers open to reduce pressure buildup.

• Clean the aluminum frame and louvers with a soft cloth and mild detergent as needed.
