Leisure Sports Pop Up Canopy – Installation Manual

📦 What’s Included

• Pop-up steel frame (pre-assembled)

• Canopy top cover

• Ground stakes & ropes

• Carrying bag

• Optional: sandbags or sidewalls (depending on model)

🛠️ Installation Steps 

Step 1: Unpack and Position the Frame

• Remove the folded frame from the carrying bag.

• Place it upright on a flat, open surface.

• Two people should stand on opposite corners for setup.

Step 2: Partially Expand the Frame

• Hold the frame legs and slowly pull the structure apart from opposite corners.

• Stop once the frame is about halfway open. Do not force it open fully yet.

Step 3: Place the Canopy Top

• Unfold the canopy fabric and place it over the semi-expanded frame.

• Align the corners of the fabric with the top of the frame.

• Secure the canopy to the frame using Velcro straps at the corners and truss bars.

Step 4: Fully Extend the Frame

• Continue pulling outward from opposite corners until the frame locks into place.

• Ensure the top center hub clicks and sets firmly.

Step 5: Adjust the Height

• Press the push buttons on each leg to raise the canopy.

• Adjust all legs to the same height level (usually 3 levels available).

• Make sure the legs are fully locked in place.

Step 6: Secure the Canopy

• Use the included ground stakes to pin down each leg.

• Use ropes to tie down the corners if necessary, especially in breezy conditions.

• Optionally, attach sandbags (not shown in video) for added stability.

• Always assemble with at least 2 people.

• Ideal for patios, sports events, beach outings, and craft fairs.

• Avoid setup in high winds or heavy rain.

• Store only when fully dry to avoid mildew or frame rust.

• Clean canopy fabric gently with a soft cloth and mild detergent.
